This activity is carried out as we are authorized by the local environment bodies on condition that we respect the special regulations in this field.

The activity of collecting, transporting, processing and releasing of the waste products will take place according to their properties, composition, value, and other characteristics, according to Law 426 / 2001 attesting OUG no. 78 / 2000, with regard to the special regime of waste products.

Keeping record of all the toxic chemical substances used, produced and marketed: the type, the quantities in use and on offer, the condition of the containers. The transport, maneuvering, depositing and utilization of the toxic chemical substances that are restricted by law, according to Decree no. 466/ 1979, is done according to the obligations included in the decree.

Our company synthesizes new chemical products or others with certain characteristics required by clients, thus obtaining reactives of great purity used in gas chromatography or other fields.

Transporting dangerous chemical substances and pre-components of drugs.

S.C. Chemical Company is authorized to transport such substances, which are mentioned in Law 300/2002, published in M.O 409/13.06.2003. At the same time our company has got license for land transport of dangerous products. All companies can entrust the transport of such materials only to operators who are licensed to do it according to the current regulations.
