1. Declaration of use of the buyer for individual delivery / multiple deliveries, drawn up in Annex 5A, 5B respectively of the above mentioned law;
2. Opinion of operation for operations with the precursors for procurement activities in the country and used in the production, opinion issued by the National Agency for hazardous chemical substances and preparations;
3. Locations for precursors statement issued by the National Anti-Drug Agency.
All companies can transform or to assign precursors for transport, only the operator of a special authorization under the law.
